By using the Awaaz app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

Awaaz lets you stream and, where allowed, download naat, kalam and other content for personal listening and viewing. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable.

2. Content and copyright

• All content in Awaaz is owned by Heera Media or its partners and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not copy, record, re-upload, share files from, or sell any content.
• Downloads are for offline listening inside the app and expire after a period of time.

3. Your account

You are responsible for access to your email account, because we sign you in with a code sent to it. You can delete your Awaaz account at any time in Profile → Delete account.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app: no attempts to break, overload or bypass its security, and no automated downloading of content.

5. No warranty

Awaaz is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working well, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
