Delete your Awaaz account
You can delete your account and its data at any time.
Option 1 — in the app (fastest)
- Open Awaaz and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Option 2 — by email
If you cannot open the app, send an email to support@myawaaz.com with the subject "Delete my Awaaz account", from the email address you use to sign in. We will delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your email address and sign-in account
- Your display name
- Your favorites, playlists, recently played list and playback positions
Downloads are stored only on your phone; they are removed when you delete the account in the app, sign out, or uninstall Awaaz. We keep no other personal data about you.
